| 1. Slovak law provides the right to information about his health status as a right independent of the right to informed consent. 2. The right not to know is not recognized as such by the Slovak health law. As the European Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine is directly applicable in Slovakia, the right not to know according to article 10 of the Convention should be respected. |
