  1. A patient shall have the right to receive information in an understandable way from the physician about the diagnosis of his/her disease.
  2. A patient shall have the right to receive information on the process of the treatment from other medical persons within the limits of their competence.
  3. A physician may not to give full information to patient on diagnosis and forecast of disease, if he considers that this information can aggravate the health condition of patient.
