| Since 1980, every county council area must have a local advisory committee where people can turn with questions or complaints relating to medical treatment. The advisory committee has no formal ways to sanction anyone; instead it is the task of the committee to advise or in other ways to help people with their problems. In case of gross neglect or if a person shows anxiety in reporting their complaints, an alternative is to tum to the HSAN Board. |
